You don’t have to manage anxiety and overthinking on your own.

I offer online therapy for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns of overthinking. Together, we can make sense of what is happening, understand the patterns that are keeping it going, and help you feel more grounded, clearer and better able to cope.

This may feel familiar if you are:

  • feeling constantly on edge or bracing for the worst

  • overthinking conversations, decisions or what might happen next

  • struggling to switch off, rest or sleep

  • feeling emotionally overwhelmed, burned out or drained

  • avoiding situations because they feel too much

How Therapy Works

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online. We begin by getting a clear picture of how anxiety is showing up in your life, what seems to trigger it, and how it is affecting your day-to-day wellbeing. From there, we work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you understand the patterns underneath the anxiety and build practical ways of responding differently. The aim is not to force everything at once, but to help you feel safer, clearer and more in control over time.
